What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Fubu South Africa via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Fubu South Africa separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship country-wide (South Africa). Most orders are shipped from us (or become ready for collection) within 24 Hours from receiving full payment. See F.A.Q. below for more information.
We fully insure all shipments at our expense, we take full responsibility for all deliveries and we guarantee that you will receive your order (even if we have to re-ship it), or else, we will refund the full amount paid by you for that order
Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that you receive your order on time (as advertised on our web site), we do not guarantee it, nor we can be held liable for any delays whatsoever.
We do not ship to addresses outside South Africa.
We reserve the right to use any courier service than the one selected upon checkout, subject to the alternative service being equivalent or better than the one selected.

We will not disclose any of your personal information provided by you on the site, unless required by law.
We may record certain information about your visits to the site.
This recorded information, if any, will be used only internally and under no circumstances will be disclosed to other parties, unless required by law.

Returns & Replacements
Faulty goods under warranty: we arrange a courier to collect the goods from you. All costs involved are paid by us, including the re-shipping cost for the goods once repaired or replaced.
Faulty goods out of warranty: we arrange a courier to collect the goods from you. You are liable for all shipping/re-shipping and repair costs involved. We will not ship the product back before such costs have been paid.
Return for other reasons: we do have 7 days return policy (from the date of receiving the delivery) provided the product is un-used and in resellable condition (unopen/sealed and with all accessories, booklets, cables, CDs, etc). You are liable for all shipping costs involved.
In case of a return for refund, under no circumstances we shall refund more than 100% of the product purchase price!

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
We accept VISA and Master Card.
We accept EFTs (Electronic Fund Transfers). Please use your order number as a reference.
We accept cheque and cash deposits, but your order will be shipped only after our bank clears the money. This can take up to 2 weeks, therefore we do not recommend this method of payment.
We will not ship any order prior receiving payment in full.
We may need to confirm your identity prior to shipping your order.
Credit card transactions are as secure as everywhere else. We do not store your credit card details! More details about the security can be found in the F.A.Q. section on this page.

How long it takes to ship my order?
Most orders are shipped within 24 Hours after being paid. Should your order take longer to ship, we will inform you of the estimated shipping time via email.
How long it takes to deliver?
For most items we deliver the orders within 2 – 7 business days, but for some items it can take longer. If you require your goods urgently or before a certain date, please make a note of that when you placing your order, so we can inform you well in advance if we foresee any potential delay.
What if my order goes missing?
We guarantee all order deliveries until such time when you acknowledge receipt by signing for the delivery. In the unlikely event of your order being lost, we will re-ship your order and bear all the costs involved. Unfortunately this can cause some delay, which we cannot be held responsible for. In the unlikely event that for whatever reason we are unable to re-ship your order we will refund to you the full order amount (including the shipping cost).
Can you ship to P. O. Box?
Due to the Value of the products we sell, we do not ship to P.O boxes for security and insurance purposes.
Can you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we DO NOT ship internationally.
I need to ship an item back to you, how do I do that?
We will arrange our courier to pick up the item from you at a time convenient for you.
Do I have to wait for the money transfer to go through, before my order gets shipped?
Yes! We will not ship any order which is not paid in full. The fastest way to expedite shipping your order is for you to pay by Credit Card or EFT.
How long before my payment is processed/reflected?
Generally, credit card payments are processed immediately. EFTs (Electronic Fund Transfers) take from 2 hours (intra-bank during working hours) to 2 working days, depending on the time of the day and from which bank the transfer is concluded. Cheque deposits can take up to 2 weeks.
How can I check if you have received my payment?
You can view all the payments made against an order at any time by visiting the Order Status & Tracking section and viewing the order details.
Can I use the budget facility on my credit card when buying from Company?
Certainly you can! Please select the appropriate budget period on the credit card payment page.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the internet, and in particular on the Company web site?
We use Paygate for our credit card payment processing. All credit card details are transmitted over a secure connection to them, and thereafter to the relevant bank. We do not store your Credit Card number and CCV number.
